Wave of Life Chiropractic 2023 Workshops

Landstown Commons Location Spinal Workshops

All workshops start at 6:30 and run approximately 30 minutes.
You are welcome to bring along snacks and drinks.

March

  • March 7th- Proper Posture & Stretching: Posture is like a window into the spine. In this interactive workshop you will learn different stretches to help support healthy posture.
  • March 14th- Stress: Stress overtakes so many of our lives. Come learn techniques you can utilize at home to reduce stress in your everyday life.
  • March 21st- Power of Your Body: Great for our new patients and guests! In this class the doctor will explain the process and benefits of an adjustment by demonstrating one so you can see and feel the improvements.
  • March 28th- Neighborhood Harvest: Neighborhood Harvest will be joining us to educate us on healthy, locally grown vegetable choices. PLEASE NOTE THIS WORKSHOP STARTS AT 6:00PM.

April

  • April 4th- Headaches: Don’t let headaches bog you down. We will go over the different types of headaches as well as different tools to help combat them.
  • April 11th- Pregnancy 101: This class is designed to give you and your baby the healthiest pregnancy possible by providing moms with essential information on your pregnancy journey.
  • April 18th- Power of Your Body: Great for our new patients and guests! In this class the doctor will explain the process and benefits of an adjustment by demonstrating one so you can see and feel the improvements.
  • April 25th- Acupuncture: Special guests talking about what acupuncture is and how it can support your chiropractic care.

May

  • May 2nd- Kids & Chiro: Curious about children and chiropractic? Come learn why it’s important for children to get adjusted, the benefits that go along with it and some tips & tricks to use at home to support it.
  • May 9th- Chiropractic & Scoliosis: How chiropractic can help scoliosis and potentially prevent scoliosis.
  • May 16th- Power of Your Body: Great for our new patients and guests! In this class the doctor will explain the process and benefits of an adjustment by demonstrating one so you can see and feel the improvements.
  • May 23rd- Proper Lifting: How to properly lift at work, at home and at the gym.
  • May 30th- Stress: Stress overtakes so many of our lives. Come learn techniques you can utilize at home to reduce stress in your everyday life.

June

  • June 6th- Essential Oils: Come join our Young Living representatives in learning the benefits of essential oils and how to start implementing them into your life.
  • June 13th- Bra’s & Handbags: This class talks about how the bras and handbags affect posture and can cause neck and back pain. We’ll provide strategies to help combat the cause.
  • June 20th- Power of Your Body: Great for our new patients and guests! In this class the doctor will explain the process and benefits of an adjustment by demonstrating one so you can see and feel the improvements.
  • June 27th- Boost Your Immune System: Come learn tools to help make sure you are doing everything you can to help strengthen your immune system.
