Do you take insurance?

We're an out-of-network provider, which allows us to focus fully on personalized care without insurance limitations. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), and offer financial plans to suit a range of budgets. Please note that Tricare does not cover chiropractic care. We'll review all costs and options with you at your first visit.

How much time does a visit take?

Your first visit is about one hour and includes a full history, exam, and computerized Insight scan. Your second visit (around 45 minutes) covers your Report of Findings and our recommendations. Follow-up visits are typically 10-15 minutes.

How much does it cost?

We offer a variety of care plans, including savings for military families and options for HSA/FSA payments. We're committed to making care accessible and will never turn someone away for financial reasons. We'll go over everything at your first visit.

Do I have to come all the time?

Think of it like starting a gym routine—building a strong foundation first gives you the best results, then you can reduce to a maintenance schedule. Your care plan will be customized to your needs and goals.

Why would I have my newborn or child adjusted?

Birth places physical stress on a baby's neck and spine, which can contribute to colic, reflux, torticollis, and latching difficulties. Pediatric adjustments are incredibly gentle and support healthy nervous system development from the start.

Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?

Absolutely. Both of our doctors have specialized training in pregnancy chiropractic, and Dr. Carly & Dr. Kate are Webster Technique certified. Care is safe, gentle, and can ease back pain, pelvic discomfort, and help prepare your body for labor and recovery.
